Shipping Information:

Please allow between 7 and 14 days for your product to be created and 5-7 business days for shipping.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours for full refund.

Non-personalized items ordered and returned in new condition within 14 days will be eligible for a full refund minus shipping costs.

Personalized items are not eligible for refund unless there is an error (i.e. misspelling) in which case we will remake the item and ship the replacement.

Customers are responsible for shipping return costs for shipping and may incur a 25% restocking fee. To return an item, pack it in it's original packaging, and ship to Simply Beautiful Spaces 315 Garrisonville Rd, Suite 108, Stafford, VA 22554.

If a product is damaged, please send a photo to info@simplybeautifulspaces.com with subject "damaged item" along with your name, phone number, and address.
